Not every photo reference includes the same components. High-resolution vector artwork is preferred for logos. Exact wording, capitalization, colour, and placement must be approved before production, and intellectual-property permission remains the client’s responsibility.

Provide the usable width and ceiling height, doorway and elevator dimensions, stairs, loading location, parking, floor type, earliest access time, and required removal time. Also confirm whether the venue permits freestanding structures and where emergency routes are located. Large panels may not fit through residential doors or elevators as assembled, so accurate access information helps us select a setup that can be transported and installed safely.

Rental backdrops and structural pieces remain the property of the supplier and must be collected at the agreed time and in their installed condition. Do not move, dismantle, write on, or attach items to them unless permission is provided. The quote should specify pickup timing, access contact, and any responsibility for damage or missing pieces. Balloon disposal or full decor removal should also be confirmed separately.
